Hi, I’m Morgan, and alongside my husband Trent and our two little boys, we manage a short-term rental in the Smoky Mountains—all while working full-time corporate jobs. With 15+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, I’ve developed a knack for simplifying complex information and developing time-saving tools and automation.

When we started hosting, I created a library of resources that help me run our rental with minimal time and maximum efficiency.  The cabin we bought was doing $85K annually and after we took over, grew revenue to $167K (more than doubled!).  With this new confidence, I shared my tools with friends who were starting their own STR journeys, and I quickly realized I was on to something.
